No newMOBILE hardware. I don't expect apple to unveil any mobile related hardware (iPhone, iPad, iPad Mini, etc).
New Mac's featuring Intel's new Haswell processor. Expect new MacBook Air's and MacBook Pro's as well as a probably refresh of their Mac Pro line. Not expecting anything with the Mac Mini although it would be a pleasant surprise. Most likely rumored to appear is a retina version of the MacBook Air.
iOS 7. I expect an unveiling of a completely redesigned iOS 7. With Johnny Ive at the helm I expect for skeuomorphism to be a thing of the past and lean towards a "flatter" aesthetic that's been sweeping the mobile world as of late (Just look at Google's mobile app UI/UX as of late).
I also expect access to more API's on the mobile side. Apple is losing ground to Android and people are wanting more customization and features that Apple's iOS currently doesn't offer. I would not be shocked if Apple included some nods towards a few jailbreak tweaks in their latest revision of iOS 7. (Believe the ones listed here by iDownloadBlog would be the likely suspects to be found in the new version: http://www.idownloadblog.com/2013/06/08/jailbreak-tweaks-ios-7/)
New version of OS X. This isn't exactly my wheelhouse, but I think it's safe to bet we'll see a preview of the new version of OS X.
Also expect some sort of streaming radio service from Apple to compete with the likes of Pandora, Spotify, Rdio, etc... there's rumors of an iAd supported free tier.
