It will be like what the 3GS was to the 3G - nothing really different.
I'm torn as to whether or not there will be two different models or not. There's A LOT of evidence piling up to support the 2 model theory, but I'm also inclined to believe that they will just be refreshed iPod touches...
With that said - I do believe there will be one device to rule them all for the wireless carriers
